You’ve lost your way. You’re not the parent or partner you want to be. Reactions come quickly and regrets soon follow. In individual therapy, we will work closely together to unravel the complexities and pressures you’re experiencing. Our goal is to help you make sense of the mess, slow things down, and create space for you to breathe. We’ll take a closer look at what’s going on in your life right now, and will more deeply explore the past experiences that are influencing your current state. This process might involve identifying and addressing issues that no longer serve you, clearing away the emotional baggage that has been holding you back.
Together, we will aim to reorient you, fostering healing so you can reconnect with yourself and your passions—whether in your role as a parent, your relationship with your partner, or simply finding joy in life again. One of our primary objectives will be to help you develop a renewed sense of confidence and calm. We will work on building insights and equipping you with practical tools that can help you navigate your future more effectively. And if it makes sense, we also offer couple therapy to address relationship concerns together with your partner. This can be done in conjunction with or subsequent to individual counselling.
