You’ve lost your way. You’re not the parent or partner you want to be. Reactions come quickly and regrets soon follow. Some days you feel okay and others, like today, you admit that maybe you need a different approach. It feels as if you’ve lost hope and faith in your ability to cope with the many stresses that have come your way. A new child. A relationship conflict. A loss. And so, you find yourself here, contemplating this next step. You’ve come to the right place.

We’ll work together to make sense of the mess and slow things down so you can breathe. We’ll look at what’s going on for you right now, and we’ll reach into the past if we need to. Perhaps we’ll identify and clear some stuff that just isn’t working for you anymore. We’ll help you reorient and heal so you can get back to yourself and your passions – for your kids, for your marriage, for your life. We’ll work to help you develop a renewed sense of confidence and calm as well as insight and tools that will help you navigate your future. And if it makes sense for you and your partner to come together, we can do that as well.
