We use an Emotionally Focused approach (EFT) to help couples de-escalate, identify, and restructure their negative cycles of interaction. We gently help couples to address the heart of the matter by seeking to really understand the experience of each partner, and then helping each of you to share your experience with your partner in a way that creates change. We often work with issues such as lack of communication, resentment, betrayal, grief, sexual desire discrepancy, depression or anxiety in one or both partners, relationship after baby, relationship after job loss, and more.
