My journey into therapy was realizing that “traditional therapy” couldn’t be all there is. We need to do better with how we help others and that starts with coming from a place of truly seeking to understand what another has been through. I understand how challenging it can be to address issues that may have been lingering for some time, and recognize the importance of feeling safe and supported while attending therapy. I provide a safe and welcoming environment to all, where you are supported and empowered. I will offer a non-judgmental and empathetic ear as you bravely tell your story.


While I cannot erase the difficult times in your life, I can help you find the strength to move forward, walk beside you on the path to healing, and guide you towards living the fulfilling life you deserve. Together, exploring what has been holding you back and the patterns that keep occurring, we can discover your true purpose. You don’t have to go through it alone. We will identify and practice techniques that build your resilience for current stressors and the hardships you may face in the future. You are the expert in your life and your healing, and I will help you navigate your way through problems in a positive, healthy manner. Beginning therapy is a big step. I commend you for taking the first one, and would be honoured to accompany you on your journey.

My approach:

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits all-approach. Together we will identify the obstacles, and steer for what suits you and your goals, as they are uniquely you. Working through stuck point and learning skills to build resilience against stressors and hardships will help you to be better prepared to navigate through problems in a positive, healthy manner for what is to come on your life’s journey. I use a mindfully integrated approach that draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered, and Strength-Based approaches. I am just as invested as you are in your growth so that you can return to healthy functioning. In moments where you find it difficult, I will be right there with you. You are not alone.
